The secret to success in quality is preventing problems. The plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle we rely upon is a well-known model for continuous process improvement. This cycle includes:

  • Development of a plan to effect improvement
  • Execution of the plan
  • Observation of the plan’s effects
  • Evaluation of results to determine what was learned and what can be predicted.

A major component of DataCore’s system is its Quality Manual. This tool references procedures, plans, records, and associated documents such as guidelines, templates, and checklists. Along with the quality process, the manual is continuously reviewed and refined to maximize its effect on customer satisfaction. To that end, DataCore has consistently passed extensive on-site vendor audits of its Quality Management System.
