DataCore Support Services are an important link in our strategy to help customers realize the maximum return on their investment. We pride ourselves in taking responsibility for seeing problems through to complete resolution and your total satisfaction.

With a DataCore Support agreement, you are given instant, round-the-clock access to invaluable information and online help via our online Electronic Support Center (ESC), and you are also entitled to unlimited access to expert technical support via phone during normal business hours. The ESC includes an online knowledge base, productivity tips, white papers, technical alerts, software patches, and the ability to initiate and manage support cases. Along with appropriate operating procedures, DataCore has a complete test environment containing multiple servers and client workstations that can all be quickly configured for any supported platform.
